A lot of the best employers in Canada for 2025 are hiring right now. There are high-paying jobs available and you can make up to $50 an hour or $162,000 a year! Earlier this year, Forbes released the 2025 Canada’s Best Employers ranking which revealed the top companies across the country.

The top employers in Canada this year include Google, Microsoft, Parks Canada, Lululemon, Apple, Costco, Greater Toronto Airports Authority, VIA Rail, WestJet, and more. So many of these companies have positions available that pay close to or over $100,000 a year!

Here are high-paying jobs with Canada’s best employers in 2025 that you can apply for.

Software Engineer — Microsoft

Salary: $83,600 to $159,600

Location: Vancouver, BC

Company: Microsoft

Who Should Apply: You need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and two years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
